Launched in 1940, the International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) is the U.S. Department of State's foundational professional exchange program.
Each year, U.S. embassies nominate thousands of international leaders in government, business, academia, and other fields to participate in the IVLP.

Our Kiwi @stateivlp participants have kicked off their program! Together, leaders from the U.S. and New Zealand will connect to strengthen partnerships and drive prosperity through innovation and technology.
Over the next two weeks, five Kiwis will explore the latest in U.S. emerging tech and discover how these breakthroughs can boost economic growth and unlock new business opportunities. They’ll connect with experts from government, the private sector, academia, think tanks, and local communities to share best practices for developing and commercializing these technologies responsibly.
Follow along as we highlight U.S. leadership in innovation and the power of international collaboration! 🚀
