New work!
Captured the stories of double lung transplant patients at Temple Health. An appropriate one coming back from my own intense medical procedure. Thanks to everyone involved.

Huge thanks to the team at @shots_creative for the feature! 🥂 We are thrilled to see our latest campaign for NutriSource Pet Foods, “He’ll Be Back,” highlighted on Shots News.
This project was a true labor of love, centered on the profound emotional connection between children and therapy animals.
A special shoutout to director Stash Capar, DP Alejandro Wilkins, and our partners at Rise and Shine and Partners for helping us bring this “human truth” to life. #Plural
Had a son.
Got a new immune system after my old one died.
Became a paid screenwriter.
Shot a couple of really nice spots.
Grew 200+ mangos.
Went from flowing locks, to chemo-bald, to a full head of short wiry hair.
Lost 17 pounds while living on lemon sorbet and chicken broth.
Went from struggling to walk, to hitting fools with straight rights again.
Taught Kendra the real meaning of patience.
39 was fun.
Ready for 40.
New work! This was a particularly memorable one for me as I was scheduled to do an intense medical procedure involving chemo and a stem cell transplant the week this was expected to shoot. The procedure would take me away from my two little children for a month, with a prolonged recovery period afterward.
After reading the creative, I found the parallels to our family’s story too close to ignore and decided to push the medical procedure a couple of weeks, allowing me to shoot this spot. My own kids and our situation were in the back of my mind during pre-pro and on set, feeding into everything I did.
I’m very pleased with the results. Thank you to Rise and Shine for the trust and to everyone involved for the hard work.

I'm back.
Lost all my hair (apart from eyebrows and eyelashes).
Lost 17 pounds.
Got through 4 chemo sessions, daily fevers, endless nausea, a week of solitary confinement, and one very bad episode of medication-induced psychosis.
But at the end of it all, I have a brand new baby immune system, and our family is finally reunited.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this journey possible. I am now, slowly, returning to normal life.
Lots of exciting new things on the horizon.
My husband, Stash has been living with Multiple Sclerosis for over a decade. He’s the most steady, quietly resilient human I know. His symptoms are harsh and daily. But if you know him, you know he's never been loud about his disease burden. It’s hard to explain the kind of strength and weight he carries.
Our family is in the middle of something big and vulnerable. I've launched a fundraiser for Stash to get access to a stem cell transplant abroad that could halt the progression of his MS.
Over this last year, his MS has been progressing more aggressively. It's attacking his legs, threatening his mobility and hope for the future. The treatment we are fundraising for - HSCT - could halt his progression, giving our family hope for a future with Stash still chasing our kids through the yard.
I've put the link in my bio. There, you can read our story, donate and share.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
