For years at Melbot we’ve been huge fans of Anna’s work, when she agreed to join GodsTV as the character designer we knew we were going to make something very special together. These are the 4 weirdos we came up with together. Who do you want to play as??
This animated intro represents everything GodsTV is about: Cartoon Punk, bizarre characters and a f*ck you attitude towards video game conventions. We couldn’t be prouder.

"Zeus on acid" ⚡️🌈⚡️🌈⚡️
(This sculpture never existed in reality. I made with SD basing on my sketch.)
Inspired by classical imagery of Zeus reaching down from Mount Olympus to punish mortals with bolts of lightning... but in this case the lightning bolt seems to have warped into some kind of psychedelic geometry in a trippy, hallucinatory manner. As if the thunder god had consumed some LSD and then tried to create one of his characteristic weapons out of the resulting visions.
