For decades, pork has carried a reputation for being unhealthy. But the problem isnāt the meat, itās how itās raised. Our pigs are Regenerative Organic CertifiedĀ®, raised to the highest standards, roaming freely on living soil, rooting, foraging, and eating a diverse diet of regeneratively grown organic grains and forage. Every step of their life shapes the fat they carry. Richer in omegaā3s and antioxidants, full of flavor and vitality.
Pork raised this way is more than a meal, itās nutrient-rich, thoughtful protein, a reflection of careful stewardship of both land and animal.

One question. A whole community of answers.
We asked what regenerative means, and every answer reflected a different part of the story. Soil. Animals. Health. Family. Stewardship. Connection.
Because regenerative agriculture was never meant to belong to one voice or one farm. Itās something carried by everyone who believes food can do more, nourish people deeply, restore the land, and leave something better for the next generation.
Our role is to care for the soil, the animals, and the process from pasture to processing. But this only works because of the people on the other side of it. Every order, every meal shared around the table, every family choosing to support this kind of agriculture becomes part of the story too.
So weāll leave you with the same question: What does regenerative mean to you? Let us know in the comments!
What weāve been up to this week. Daily cattle moves, building new paddocks, keeping irrigation dialed in as the heat starts settling in earlier this year, and doing everything we can to keep the farm growing with less rainfall and snowpack this season. First cutting is underway, the new barnyard entry is coming together, and the season is fully in motion. Long days ahead, and thankful for the team behind it all.

Our new YouTube episode is live! We welcomed Etna High Schoolās Culinary Program to the farm for a closer look at regenerative agriculture, soil health, and where food really comes from. See the full tour at the link in bio.
Behind the work this week. Bringing the cows back onto fresh pasture after a full winter of rest. One of the most rewarding parts of regenerative agriculture is watching the cycle start again. The cattle doing their work, the pasture waking back up, and the soil, plants, and animals all working together the way nature intended.

What does healthy soil smell like? What does pasture diversity tell us? What does regenerative farming really mean? These are the kinds of questions we explored with Etna Highās Culinary Program this week.
Together we walked pastures, toured our farrowing areas, talked soil biology and nutrient density, shared a meal that reflected the land beneath our feet, and followed the process through StarHarvest to better understand what transparency in agriculture can look like.
Weāre passionate about opening the farm gates and bringing people closer to the food system, allowing them to see firsthand how food is raised, processed, and connected back to the land. When people understand the connection between living soil, healthy animals, and nutrient-dense food, they begin to see food as something far more powerful than just calories on a plate.
