New limited edition Islay cask @starvecrowcider - a blend of apples fermented in a Laphroaig cask. Wild ferment and 6 months in barrel, not topped up. As you’d expect lots of smokey peaty flavours, fresh acidity with a saline, cidery tang. Coming very soon to @fine_cider and available from the farm @tillinghamwines

It was released back in September, at a wonderful event at London's Tate Britain, and has been receiving some wonderful coverage, from the likes of @telegraph , and the wonderful @drinkbritain in @imbibeuk : "It's not often something genuinely different comes along in drinks publishing.
