Bevy Baseball team is your Palo Alto PCL city champions! We had such an incredible season with what one longtime coach called, “the best PCL team I have ever seen.” Every player had something to give and contribute. Coaching with Brian/JC/Kevin was awesome too. Ready for a break but also so fun.

20 years ago today @andersenerica and I were married. I keep this photo right by my bed - it's the first photo we ever took together. Whenever life has felt complicated, I look at this picture and remember that this guy would kill to be married to this girl with this life and I realign myself. Feeling very blessed today.

Micromanaging is holding your team back more than you think. Liz Wiseman (@bylizwiseman ) is a NYT bestselling author and former head of leadership development at Oracle. Diminishing leaders tell people what to do, make every decision, and micromanage. The result? They get less than half of what their team is actually capable of. Multiplier leaders do the opposite and unlock virtually all of it. Watch the full episode, link in bio @divotpod #leadership #management #teambuilding #mindset #divotpodcast
