After many weeks of planning and visioning, we’re excited to finally share with you ‘ReGenerate,’ an extra special offering for the Asheville community- at the intersection of music, wellness, and reciprocity with the Earth 🌎 Come sweat in the outdoor wood-fire saunas, dip in the cold plunge, dance by the fire, and repeat all night long 🔥💦 Or come early for a tree planting ceremony with Brielle Àguila, on tour from Florida, and stay for her deeply powerful ‘prayerformance.’ 🌱 Tickets come with an herbal infused elixir mocktail provided by @thenohm , who is one of the major sponsors of this event- and who’s founder will be sharing with us the ways she weaves regenerative philosophy throughout her business and life’s mission 🌿 We’ll be hosting a panel discussion on what it means to live a Regenerative lifestyle- with local community leaders such as @roblenfestey and @eleanor_bramwell of @mandala_springs eco-village, weighing in on how we can live with the Earth more harmoniously 🤲🏼 Sound will be provided by none other than @startribedance , Asheville’s favorite production company for high-fidelity audio and curated events 🔊 And last but not least, Noah Proudfoot and a six piece band will close out the night with soulful songs sung underneath the stars ✨With favorite local musicians @benjibliss222 @evergreencicada joining the stage. It’s here! The baby has arrived - and right on time with the Leo Full and Imbolc. As I sit in my creatrix den of midwinter I ask myself what is mine to do in the midst of the chaos, violence and confusion swirling around. And it is to dream into being the kind of reality I wish for everyone to have access to. Clean air, fresh water, abundant resources, freedom to express, to sing, to dance and to gather. As we speak Iranians are putting their lives on the line for these freedoms. It is our honor and duty to exercise these rights and to create a reality that is so enticing and delightful, that others will not fight against but put down arms and join in the LovEvolution. The last weekend of summer we will gather in the hollers of Appalachia to do just that. To stretch, to strengthen and to dance our way into a new paradigm. Through the power of prayer, trance, and community we will rise in LOVE. Please join this movement of celebration.
