Timeline Zero is a killer Czech Amber Lager made in collaboration with our friends and idols at the most excellent @fairislebrewing (our very first brewery collaboration under new ownership)!!
A pilsner malt base combined with a touch of caramel/munich, saaz hops, and old-world Czech lager yeast from @jasperyeast means maximum nuance and simplicity combined.

We’re Whit, Andy, and Daniel, and we’re the new owners of Starpoint Brewing here in Rockwood Plaza. We’re excited to build on the 13 year legacy of the brewery by infusing our decades of collective expertise in beer and brewing while continuing all the things that have made Starpoint great over the years.
