The team from Ground Investigation were on site last week to dig trial pits and carry out borehole testing - collecting detailed information that will help our engineers @gossstructural carry out the structural design above & below ground level.
Mature trees on neighbouring land and a lower ground level 1.5m below the site level to the adjacent terrace house add complexity to the design.

Stanley Yard: New Build Project
It’s been a long old patient wait, but we’re so excited to have been granted Planning Permission for a new self-build family home in Redland, Bristol!
A second build project with @tim___freeman , and just in time before our most important personal project arrives…
The house will sit on a currently vacant, end of terrace site, positioned behind a tall stone wall on land which was once a family owned yard space.
The new house will be spread over 3 floors, with open plan living space on the ground floor and external space in the form of small courtyard gardens at front and back.
