Open, breezy days by the water shift into moody nights around the timber-lined bar and glowing stone finishes. Itās luxury, but with personality.

At Little Cove Beach, the Cove Project penthouse turned heads at the 2025 awards by the Housing Industry Association taking home Kitchen of the Year, Bathroom of the Year, and a Highly Commended Renovation/Addition. For us, the road is coming to an end on our beautiful project at Enterprise Street, however it is just the beginning for our wonderful clients to start enjoying their stunning new home.

A basement built below the water level within the Noosa canals definitely deserves a spectacular fit out.
We are proud to showcase the complementary yet distinctively different finishes to the rest of the house of Babylon.
With open wooden shelving set against dramatically backlit natural stone, creating a glowing, almost molten appearance. The custom couches, fit with purposeful foot rails and drink stands and a projector space with illuminated shelves, this room definitely passes the test of form and function.
Rich wood paneling wraps the bar, green velvet curtains drape from the ceiling and the feature wallpaper softens the exposed concrete creating a cozy, enveloping and exciting atmosphere.
Descending into this space feels like stepping into a sophisticated home cocktail lounge āintimate and designed for evening conversation over well-crafted drinks. šø

Our boys are charging on at Shorehaven Drive! Trusses are up, steel stairs are in, surrounding slab and retaining walls to the additional spa have been poured. We canāt wait to see this beautiful home come together this year. āļø
