Romeo and Juliet - Deputy Stage Manager
an EXTREMELY belated R&J post, missing this show :(
Honestly could not have asked for a better team!

Deputy Stage Manager: me!
Assistant Stage Managers: @nanna_mousse@finn.technical

Betty Blue Eyes: Puppet Assistant Stage Manager
Where to even begin? Betty Blue Eyes was a show unlike any other. From sourcing props to making them, hiding in a wardrobe to being Betty’s personal handler (she’s quite the Lady) - this show was a multitude old skills and new experiences.
Even 3 months later I don’t quite have the words to sum up the experience. What a show.

This was a wonderful show to work on and I was thrilled to finally have a chance to work in costume! Could not have asked for a more wonderfully talented team.

Let’s all pretend that Embassy Shorts wasn’t 8 months ago?
In all seriousness, this was a super fun project and I loved designing, DSMing and acting all in one.
Starlight Express 25/07
Hadestown 01/08
Two more incredible shows with brilliant casts! I feel so lucky to have seen Allie Daniel’s phenomenal Hermes debut 🩶
I’ve also been figuring out my camera recently which has been fun!
The Winter’s Tale
My first full production at Central, and what a show it was! The Winter’s Tale was number 2 of 3 Shakespeare plays being performed over a 3-week period in the Bridge Project.
I had the absolute pleasure of working with the Second Year Musical Theatre students, and a tech team consisting of both First and Second Years.
I’ve always been a Shakespeare enjoyer but it was particularly fun to work on a play of his that I wasn’t initially familiar with. I got to contribute to the production in many ways from fit up to performances, hand-making props, covering the book in the rehearsal room and paging entrances for the show.
I’m immensely proud of the work we created and I hope that I’ll have the opportunity to work with this incredible team again.
Thank You ❤️

oh gosh, where to start?
so this is my third Hadestown post, dedicated to my 7th trip to the underworld.
my love for this show and company is no secret. I feel honoured to have been able to see so many configurations of this cast and I look forward to many more!
we raise our cups.
(I’ll shut up about Hadestown for a bit)
Hadestown 2 and 3!
This show might be a tragedy, but I believe the foundation of it is joy and I feel that radiating from the cast in every performance. Thank you for such incredible theatre.
Tableau 2024
Our @cssdlondon term 2 project was Tableau: we were tasked with the recreation of a scene from Greta Gerwig’s ‘Little Women’ (2019)
Working on this project as both Prop Supervisor/Stage Manager and Cast/Costume Model was a unique and highly rewarding experience.
A very belated thank you to everyone involved and to everyone who came to view our exhibit!
wow. so many words in the English language and yet I can’t seem to find enough to describe just how incredible this show was.
an unbelievably amazing production paired with what can only be described as the perfect cast. I cannot wait to come back 🌹❤️
