Stache’s Fabrication LLC is hiring!
We are looking to fill two unique positions:
1. Someone just starting out looking to soak up as much knowledge as possible.
2. An experienced tradesman looking to fill a big role within our small team.
We need individuals who are capable of operating within a small team and have a top-notch attitude. Daily responsibilities would include welding, fabricating, and assembly along with other duties around the shop. For both of these positions we do offer training opportunities to further your skills and knowledge.

Structural project knocked out with @blackdragon.welding for @dogwoodconcretellc at their Buckland Farm project in Gainesville. Proud to be a part of this project team 🇺🇸
Van modifications completed for @lola.and.mimi.therapy.horses . We created openings in the doors to give them a more comfortable ride and replaced the rear section to have removable panels in case of emergency.

Without all of you this business and group of hard working individuals would cease to exist. We have been very touched by the support of our customers, friends, and neighbors throughout this year. Our team has endured some major hurdles and continues to recover to our full capacity as we head into 2026.

Transfer station push wall got re plated with new 1/2" steel sheets all around. This should increase the lifespan and safety during future operations.
Proud of our team for completing the first "big" industrial job for a landfill down in Suffolk. It was a pleasure to work with @dogwoodconcretellc and @salemridgedesigns on this Leachate pit. Thanks to everyone on the team for going the extra mile to make this job turn out mint. We are really looking forward to tackling more projects like this in the future 🤙

A loyal customer had us come back to expand and put the finishing touches on this aluminum platform and steps. We worked to match the existing railing installed last year , and get them both finished in satin black. Our team knocked this one out of the park. This project should allow the homeowner to enjoy thousands of sunsets over the blue ridge mountains from their roof top deck.

We are very proud to announce the completion of one of the big projects from last year. We had the opportunity to erect this mezzanine structure in support of Lark Brewing Co and their new establishment. We are looking forward to their grand opening in the next few weeks and hope they enjoy many years of use out of their brewing system.
This project tested our team, as this was the first of many larger projects we have tackled. They excelled at every opportunity and we really knocked this one out of the park, despite many changes throughout the build. We worked closely with the rest of the construction team to keep this project moving and ensure the functionality of the space.
