Delighted to be included in Eleanor Cording-Booth’s article for @houseandgardenuk - ‘Why we should pay more attention to designing for neurodivergence’ I reached out to Eleanor a while back to ask if she would accept a PR gift of The 3 Drinks Coaster, as I knew she was a fellow ADHDer. She explained that she wouldn’t actually be able to find a spot for it in her workspace but this subsequently led to a conversation about our shared neurodivergent struggles (juggling multiple drinks on the go being one of them). Eleanor told me this turned into a ‘lightbulb moment’ for her, making her want to write about designing for people like us and explore the relationship between neurodivergent people and their homes. A topic I’m excited to dive deeper into and implement into more designs and my own working space. I’ve linked the article in my bio, it’s a great read and it highlights an area of design that I feel isn’t talked about a lot but should be, as neurodivergent design benefits us all! 🧠 #neurodivergent #neurodivergentcreative #neurodesign #colourtheory #adhdcommunity #adhdhacks

Absolutely thrilled to see the SPACE Side Table in it’s new home, featured on @archdigest ! @susannahholmbergstudios was tasked with helping a family of 6 transform their home in Utah into a ‘soulful haven filled with colour and whimsy’ without undergoing any major renovations leaving it up to the decor, furniture and materials to achieve a custom feel. The clients were a creative family that wanted to feel inspired and not have their place feel like any other home, so the designer created custom built ins and sourced ‘whimsical objects’ intentionally placed throughout the house to create a calm and playful mood. The yellow Valchromat SPACE Table was used in the downstairs playroom, the perfect addition amongst the other pieces in the room to continue the theme. 💛 Design: @susannahholmbergstudios Photography: @elliottfuerniss_photo Styling: @_jenpaul Article by @whatpaolasees

The Return: Part 1 The foundations of squares & things started in a small square sketchbook and some oil pastels I picked up in my local art shop. As the collections evolved from art to sculptures and eventually furniture, I realised I hadn’t actually picked up an oil pastel in over 5 years! ‘The Return’ takes us through the process of just that - returning to our foundations and you’re coming along for the ride.

We’re in a book! The 2 Drinks Coaster found its way into Home for Now - a beautiful celebration of spaces full of character and meaning, because our lovely customer @sahramist and her partner Robyn had their stylish home featured - it’s an honour to see one of our designs immortalised in print! We asked interiors stylist @annasheridan_creative five questions for Home & Things and one thing became very clear - every single object in her South London home has a reason for being there, nothing is on display for the sake of it. She spends her week making spaces look perfectly curated and camera ready, at home, she needs a separation from that. Her shelves hold shells collected since childhood, a quilt her mum has made her every year since she was born and a vintage Bertoia wire chair that has followed her through every home she’s lived in. Anyone else have the sudden urge to buy a display cabinet for their collection of shells?! 🐚 Full interview coming soon!

“I’m really happy that I have a separation between a very curated work life and a very natural organise space to just be and relax… it’s not about taste in here - it’s just about collections and creating a space that feels… that I want to be in” - Anna. For the trailer of our second Home & Things episode, we visit interior stylist @annasheridan_creative at home in her South London flat she shares with her husband Charlie, it’s a total treasure trove of trinkets where literally every single object has an important story behind it and a reason to be on display.

If you’re a trinket collector, display objects that hold memories and need your space to tell a story, you’re going to love our interview with interior stylist @annasheridan_creative for the next Home & Things episode. This week we’ll share Anna’s answers to our rapid fire questions, find out what colours she sees trending in interiors and why there’s a disco ball hanging outside on her balcony!

In honour of International Women’s Day, my incredible friend @biancabridges (@breakfastlondon & @wearebreakfaststudio ) hosted her first ever community event and brought a group of (business)women together, all within the creative or creator industry. We chatted about everything from food, the algorithm, neurodivergence, all whilst scoffing down the fluffiest branded pancakes and pastries. More board meetings like this please! 😬🙂‍↕️ Hosted at @theparklondon Photography @beatricerigby
