The Summer Smoothie Bowl
I don’t avoid dairy, but I just don’t really like milk and wanted a plant-based alternative, so discovering
@sproud Barista Zero has been a game changer.
It has a high protein value since it’s made from pea protein, and contains zero sugar, but also tastes DELICIOUS!
The barista version blends to make the creamiest texture to create the perfect matcha or coffee.
Smoothie Bowl:
⁃ 100g Frozen banana
⁃ 250g Frozen mixed berries
⁃ 1 tbsp Protein powder
⁃ 250ml
@Sproud Barista Zero
⁃ 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
⁃ 1 tsp Almond Butter
Top with: Granola, banana, fresh berries, bee pollen
Blend everything for the smoothie bowl together, then top how you like it.
Beetroot Matcha:
⁃ 250ml
@sproud Barista Zero
⁃ 1 tsp Beetroot Powder
⁃ 2.5g Matcha
Mix the matcha with warm water until fully dissolved and slightly foamy. Mix the beetroot powder into the milk - you can do this in a milk frother on the cold setting or simply in a blender.
Pour the pink milk over ice, top with the matcha and enjoy.
