It's a pretty cool start to the week when "Spring Fertility" are the first two words of @nytimes ' Sunday Business cover story! Thank you to The New York Times for featuring Spring in such a thoughtful piece on egg freezing, and for highlighting how and why it's become an increasingly popular family-planning option for professional women looking to delay parenthood.
"Across Spring's clinics nationwide, the number of egg freezing cycles undertaken last year jumped 37% from the year before... a change coinciding with a steady uptick in corporate benefit packages that cover fertility preservation. In 2015 just 5% of large employers covered egg freezing; in 2023, nearly 1 in 5 did."

This past National Infertility Awareness Week (April 19-25), we traveled across the country filming patient stories. We were moved by every account of hope, grief, and love 🧡 we can’t wait to share more soon.
The rest of the week was pretty full, too:
🟠 we lit the Empire State Building orange alongside @whitneyeveport , @progynyinc , and @resolveorg to shine a brighter light on infertility awareness
🔔 we rang the opening bell at Nasdaq
🌷 we brought our OBGYN community single orange tulips in a bouquet of white - because 1 in 6 people are affected by infertility, and that number should never just be a statistic
🎤 and we closed out the week on stage at the @joinmondaygirl summit with 400 women we were genuinely honored to share a room with.
We’re so grateful to our patients, our teams, and our partners for making this NIAW so special, and we’re proud to carry this work forward.
