We hear you. We’re sorry. Advocacy is for all.
We want to address the feedback we’ve received regarding RESOLVE’s Hill Day on May 12th in Washington, DC.
Our communications about these changes did not reach everyone as they should have, and we understand how seeing the event appear on social media without prior awareness was upsetting. That was never our intention, and we take responsibility for it.
We are deeply grateful to those who have shared their feedback with us. We invite you to join us for a special Town Hall where we will answer questions, listen to your perspectives, and work together on what comes next.
Please join us: Tuesday, May 19, 7 pm ET via the link in our Linktree

Behind that question could be years of trying, failed treatments, and a grief most people never talk about. Words matter. Awareness matters. Share this and help someone feel a little less alone.

1 in 6 people worldwide is affected by infertility, yet reproductive health is still too often left out of the women’s health conversation.
This National Women’s Health Week, we’re committed to changing that. At RESOLVE, we’ve spent over 50 years fighting for equal access to care and family building options for everyone who needs it… because prevention, innovation, and impact have to include reproductive health.
Reproductive care isn’t a niche issue. It’s women’s health.

At RESOLVE, we love seeing how creative you can all be for fundraising. Here is one example - Meet Chris Thompson who is driving across the country, raising money for every mile he drives to benefit RESOLVE, and help ensure that more people have access to support.
“On Friday I got in my Caterham in Boston and started driving to LA. Roughly 3,500 miles, most of it down Route 66. I'm doing it for a reason. Bertie and I have been open about losing several pregnancies on our journey to becoming parents, eventually through IVF. 1 in 4 women experience pregnancy loss, and almost no one talks about it. The silence is its own kind of grief. So every mile of this drive is going to RESOLVE, a nonprofit that supports families through infertility, miscarriage, and infant loss. Sakari is matching every dollar donated, up to $5,000. If this has touched your life or someone you love, please consider giving. Even $25 is one peer support session for a grieving parent. I'll be posting from the road. Follow along!” - Chris Thomson

No one should be denied the chance to build a family because they cannot afford treatment. And no service member should have to choose between serving their country and starting a family.
Today, RESOLVE advocates are walking the halls of Congress making exactly that case during our pilot Hill Day. Now, it is your turn to add your voice.
Two bipartisan bills in the House would require coverage for fertility care for millions of Americans and military families alike. Take two minutes today and contact your Representative. Ask them to cosponsor both HOPE with Fertility Services Act and the IVF for Military Families Act right now, through the link in our bio.
There is something powerful about walking into a Congressional office and saying, "This matters to me personally."
Today, fifty advocates, staff, and partners are doing exactly that. After years of growing our virtual advocacy community, we realized that a return to in-person advocacy, along with increasing our virtual activism, is needed to reach our federal legislative goals. This pilot Hill Day is RESOLVE, putting that belief into action.
Today, they carry all of our stories with them. Follow along as we share their moments throughout the day.

Yesterday, the Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Treasury released a proposed federal rule related to fertility benefits offered by employers, as part of President Trump’s Executive Order on IVF access.
RESOLVE is reviewing the proposal carefully, and here is what we know. This rule creates a new benefit type encouraging employers to offer coverage, but does not require it.

Minnesota, the Senate came through for the Building Families Act. Now it is the House's turn.
The fertility provision is in the Senate HHS Omnibus Bill, but missing from the House version, and the floor vote is tomorrow. Representatives need to hear from their constituents today and ask them to add it before that vote happens.
Send your letter.
Personalize it with your story.
Share the link with everyone you know in Minnesota.

“The silent moments can often be the most challenging. For those on an infertility journey, the quiet pain is a reality that is rarely seen. Watching a mother and baby by the sea can amplify these unspoken feelings.
This is the hidden side of infertility that many do not witness – the quiet tears, the concealed anguish. It’s a profound experience filled with a unique kind of sorrow.
Despite the difficulties, there’s a persistent hope that one day, the time for a miracle will arrive. Until then, turning to the universe for strength and courage is a common practice, providing the fortitude to continue.
Sending immense love to anyone else navigating this path and waiting for their own miracle.”
