Este año, el Premio Splendor Omnia, otorgado en Impulso Morelia 11, fue para dos proyectos excepcionales del #FICM2025: 🎬 MICKEY, de Dano García (Venado Films, Phototaxia, Estudio Errante), que recibirá una semana de mezcla de sonido 5.1. 🎞️ GUERRAS INVISIBLES, de Marcela Arteaga (Gefilte Films), que contará con una semana de corrección de color. Con un valor aproximado de $300,000, el premio se hará efectivo en las instalaciones de Splendor Omnia en Tepoztlán, Morelos, con vigencia de noviembre 2025 a noviembre 2027.

¡Felicitamos a Karen Plata por el Premio a Mejor Guion de Largometraje Mexicano de Ficción por El diablo fuma (y guarda las cabezas de los cerillos quemados en la misma caja)! Dirigida por Ernesto Martínez Bucio, la película explora los miedos de cinco hermanos jóvenes abandonados por sus padres, mezclados con los de su abuela esquizofrénica, difuminando poco a poco la línea entre realidad e imaginación. Tuvimos la suerte de acompañarla en la postproducción de esta maravilla, un viaje introspectivo al mundo interior de las mujeres, contado en stop-motion collage, donde un grupo de mujeres se transforma en una parvada que vuela libre hacia el amanecer. -------------------------------------- Congratulations Mariana Mendivil! Her short film “Una parvada de estruendo” won the Ojo for Best Mexican Animated Short at @FICM .
