What started as a moodboard, drawings, references and long conversations turned into the centerpiece of SPIN. Our record shelf is storage, DJ booth and home for the JBL 4341 speakers at the same time.Designed and planned by Lena Winterholler (@lenawinterholler) and Jerome Irlbeck (@schr0mmi) and built with precision and patience by @holzloewe_schreinereiSwipe to see some bts of the process: early plans, renderings, workshop moments and the final build up in the Bar, including putting up the speakers.The shelf holds up to 2,000 records. Cable outlets are integrated throughout. It includes internal storage and built-in drawers. The DJ booth can be rotated and pulled out. Every day we switch on our sound system, we’re happy to be using our @resorelectronics rotary mixer. Fully analog, hand-assembled in Berlin. It’s all about sound quality, so it’s a perfect match for vinyl and our analog vintage setup.
