Last night, we attended our first #designkcawards โand we didnโt leave empty-handed! We took home two awards: one for โVision in the Villageโ in the Multi-Space Renovation category and another for โFly Me to the Lakeโ in the Kitchen category. Wow!

The reimagined kitchen and living spaces by OAK Design Studio and Specht Construction balance function and flow, from the once-isolated corridor reworked into a generous pantry to the vaulted ceiling above, now crowned with a skylight. Each move reflects a willingness to evolve, resulting in a home that feels brighter, more connected, and well-aligned with the way this family lives today. โจ
