Every year, hoards of devotees flock to the unforgiving plains of eastern Oregon for an extraordinary ritual known only to a select few and whispered among locals as @tectonicshift__ festival. In this sacred tradition, offerings such as Fireball, Cinnamon Toast, and enough subwoofers to wake the ancient ones are presented to the enigmatic volcano gods to prevent the cataclysmic destruction of humanity as the legend goes.
The high priest, or perhaps just the person with the loudest megaphone, begins the solemn proceedings. One by one participants line up to climb haphazardly placed ladders and baptize themselves be means of the sacred ‘Dunkaroo’; The air thick with anticipation, faint trails of Sandstorm by Darude in the distance.
Will humanity survive another year or will we be engulfed by the fiery wrath of our beloved ski resort?
The choice is yours.
