This event is at the Rock Garden Our birthday is coming up Saturday, April 19th!!! We will start our Birthday off early with a free and Family Friendly daytime pop-up in Penn Treaty Park. 1301 N. Beach St, Philadelphia, PA 19125. (Noon till sunset). Music! Vendors! Art! Vintage clothing! Food! Yoga Workshop! Rekordbox Workshop! Over the past 3 years RENEGADE has developed and changed but with the same mission in mind. To keep underground music alive here in Philadelphia! To build and compound our community into something that will outlive ourselves! To create an environment where culture can be cultivated! We are RENEGADE! This is one of the reasons why at this RENEGADE pop up we will be having Rekordbox classes and DJ lessons. If you bring a laptop, USB and earbuds of any kind, we will have a table for you to learn how to DJ (hours of operation TBA). At this event we will be having 2 stages of music! The side stage's lineup is yet to be announced.... 🫣 However on the the main stage we will have 10,000 Watts of sound reaching the cusp of 20Hz!!!! Yup. That many Watts. After this we will be taking the party into some venues, TBA, and will continue to party until 6am with Amazon Dreams! In February 2018, the Eagles had just won the super bowl, and I attended PEX Heartburn for the first time. Seven years later, the birds just brought it home again and I'm DJing at this year's Heartburn! Another full circle moment. It's pretty staggering that I'm on the lineup for one of Philly's most legendary crews, this Friday at the Winston! I'll see you there.
