Be water - I spent the last few nights working on that exploration playing with vellum setup, trying different constraint settings. I finally came up with this piece, where I managed to apply a pop attract node on a specific point of the scatter node, to make that individual chrome bubble moving towards the front. Reminds me an individual passing through a crowd.
