Looking back at how So Souk has developed over the years always reminds me of all the things it’s grown to encompass - my love of travel, antiques and classic English styling, gardening and creating a home that tells a story. Who knows what’s next (maybe a vintage drop that’s been in the pipeline for so long! ☺️) Thanks for following our journey 🤍 • | homeware business | my story | English country interiors | English interiors | English country style |

Welcome if you are new here! And a huge thank you if you’ve been here a while - I’m so grateful ☺️ I hope you’ll find some country inspiration for your home and we have lots of beautiful new products arriving this year. I’m also hoping to share lots of styling hints and tips (you all loved the vintage and antiques guide so expect to see more of this type of thing ❤️) But I’d love to know why you are here? And if there is anything you’d like to see in 2026? X • #gettoknowme #founderstory #mystory #smallbusinessowner #englishcountryliving

I think the older I get the less I care about trends and the more I care about creating a home that feels timeless. I love interiors that look as though they’ve been passed down through generations and collected slowly over time, full of character, charm and little imperfections that really make a house a home . • Nothing is overly polished or trend-led in my home. Just old furniture, layered fabrics, books, flowers and pieces that feel in keeping with the house itself. That’s what I love so much about English country interiors - like the home has always looked this way and always will. • For me the goal is creating atmosphere, warmth and a home that feels like it belongs to the people living in it and looks like it’s always been here 🤍 • | English Country interiors | English country home | English country style | collected home | traditional interiors

Life is always full of highs and lows and Instagram always seems to paint a picture that we’ve all got everything sorted. But behind the scenes I know that there are so many challenges - and this week felt like I did a lot of worrying about people I care about 💚 So it was definitely a week to find pockets of joy - dog walks, lots of time in the garden, creating and cooking - all the things I seek solace in when life feels a bit heavy. Love to know what’s brought you joy this week? • • | simple pleasures | simple joy | English country living | English country home | English country garden |

I’m really trying to make a habit of taking Friday afternoons off to spend time in the garden doing things I love - and this weather is just the best - aren’t we lucky! ☀️ Have a wonderful weekend all and let’s hope the sunshine sticks around - so good for the soul x • | English country garden | garden | flower arranging | garden therapy | country garden

The best morning at Ardingly Antiques Fair yesterday - always the thrill of what you might find just never fails to get me excited! I always get there early and queue to get in (and having learnt the hard way a trolley is essential!) plus lots of cash (as there is only one cash point on site with quite a big queue). It was pretty nice weather and when it’s dry it makes such a difference to keeping the stamina up 😁 I found some gorgeous bits - let me know if you’d like a part 2 to show you what I found? • | Ardingly antiques | Ardingly antiques fair |iacf fair | antiques hunting | antiques day out | country interiors
