Lately I’ve been focusing more on yoga and starting to teach in studio but I’ll always be trying out crazy yoga hoop moves when I can 😅

“Sophy, a San Diego transplant from Arizona discovered her passion for the flow arts through the influence of her friends. She began her journey as a performer about six years ago with a focus on both fire and LED hoops and has been professionally performing since 2022. When she is not taking the stage as a flow artist she gives back to her local community by teaching classes so other aspiring performers can learn from her experience. Sophy has shared the stage with some big musical performers such as Tara Brooks and Balkan Bump and has had the honor of performing at Same Same but Different, Karnival of the Arts, and Oktoberfest. In addition to showcasing her mastery of the hulah hoop and wowing audiences, Sophy enjoys both House and Drum and Bass, and has a love for kitty cats.“ 🐈
