Delighted to have participated in the 69th Annual Conference of the International Linguistic Association in New York, centered on the theme : âBeyond Human Language: The Impact of AI on Linguistics.â
I had the pleasure of co-presenting with my colleague Miriam Eisenstein Ebsworth (New York University), focusing on teachersâ perspectives (both pre-service and in-service) on the potential of AI in language education.
Another highlight was the workshop I had the pleasure of leading, âIntegrating AI into Language Teaching : Hands-on Tools and Strategies,â which explored practical uses of AI in the classroom, closely aligned with teachersâ needs.
đ Many thanks to Shonna Trinch & Tim McCormack for such a high-quality event, and to everyone with whom the conversations continue beyond the sessions.
My mini MOOC on AI and language teaching and learning is now available in English đâš /playlist?list=PLlDjJwBG0wvS7_Cr3CnQIMYflA05AO8e4
