Spent the weekend on location for a short film. Three days working in a boxing gym, training a new boom op. Seemed like a good place to update the ol’ head shot.

Sound technology has changed quite a bit over the last century, much of it for the better. Somewhere along the way, though, we learned to avoid the sound of the space rather than embrace it. Maybe it’s time to step back.
