‼️🎄1.88 MILLION RAISED🎄‼️ The 41st annual East Tennessee Children’s Hospital Fantasy of Trees presented by Axle Logistics and the third annual Gala Among the Trees presented by TennesSEED Erosion Control raised $1.88 million for Children’s Hospital.
This year, nearly 71,000 people attended Fantasy of Trees. All funds raised will support the expansion and renovation of the Hogs for the Cause Hematology/Oncology Center. This newly designed space will offer additional room and offerings for the patients and families routinely visiting for treatment.

As a young girl, Ansley spent roughly two weeks in our hospital after an emergency surgery to correct her diagnosis of twisted intestines. Her experience as a patient at Children’s Hospital led to a dream of someday working at the very hospital that gave her so much. After receiving a letter of recommendation from her pediatrician and her own determination, Ansley is now a neurodiagnostics technologist in our neurology department. Her impact on our community doesn’t stop there.
In recent years, Ansley has started a family tradition of volunteering with her family at Fantasy of Trees presented by Axle Logistics. Her tradition with family manifested into a leadership role over a new attraction at Fantasy of Trees called the Sugarplum Slimery. Step into the ice cream bar-inspired slimery to pick out a slime scent, add toppings and finish it off with a charm.
