We released a new single today: “Voyage.” It’s about love, and the idea that first impressions aren’t all that important. Link in bio!
I won’t philosophize too much yet, since we have more songs to add to the story. But, this song means a lot to us. It’s one of those projects, like “Haze,” that took an unusually long time, tested our patience, and required us to become better musicians to do the song justice. We’ve also worked with a bunch of new people to bring the song to fruition:
-First of all, our guitarist Luis engineered most of the recording process, helping us achieve a tight, polished sound
-Our bestie Aaron Mughannam (@aaron._.easton ) engineered the drum recording at The Rat’s Nest
- Sam Guaiana (@samguaiana ) (mixing) and Mike Kalajian (@kalajianofdoom )(mastering) generously took on this project and made it sound huge
-Erica Lee (@ericalee_art ) crafted the charming cover art
-And an honorable mention to Decibels for being our home while we rehearsed this last year
