Today marks 10 years in New York.
It was always you. It will always be you.
In 2015, I arrived here with a degree half-finished and a broken heart from one of the darkest chapters of my life—what some of my friends lovingly call “Gino Interrupted.” (More on this someday).
I was clawing my way out of a biblical depression, yet somehow, I found the strength to move.
In ten years, my dreams have evolved and my path has twisted in ways I didn’t expect. Still, New York has been my constant, my compass.
I fucking adore my life here, not to mention the people I get to share it with. You know who you are 🖤
I don’t know what the next 10 hold, but I do know that New York will always be a main character in my life.
Here’s to the chaos. The beauty. The lessons. The love.
