Spicy Love Elixir Mixtape and Recipe 🌶️💫
🔥 A recipe to ignite your soul:
1️⃣ Heat 250ml olive oil in a pan, confit 8 garlic cloves & 1 diced onion over med-low heat for 20 min.
2️⃣ Add a handful of dried red peppers & infuse for 5 min.
3️⃣ Blend 3 San Marzano tomato cans & stir into the mix. Simmer on med-low for 1.5 hrs.
4️⃣ Finish with 100ml olive oil & let rest 30 min.
5️⃣ Top with fresh basil, serve with your favourite pasta, and savour the magic.
