Our directors ended the piece in this free-flowing play between the music and each other’s body / energy / space / time — in other words, a SOMAFLOW!
Soften your gaze and watch as they move to different layers of musicality… we catch something new every time 🤓
The audition piece wove together sections of choreography and prompted freestyle. A full warm up and Somaflow exercises led us to connect with and commit to the story we’re each telling.
This Friday’s audition will follow a similar format. Come tap in with us 🌀✨
