ITS TIME! @solflourcafe is officially open and I couldn’t be more excited! I’m so incredibly proud of them! If you have met them, you know they are sunshine 💛🌞 I just know they are going to do amazing things! Everything they do, you can tell they put their whole heart into it. Their space is absolutely stunning, the pastries and drinks are unlike any other I’ve had, and they have brought together such an amazing team! Planting the seeds for Sol Flour 🌱🌞 From the very beginning, our heart has been set on partnerships that honor the land, the craft, and the people behind every ingredient, even the pastry case it will be served from has a story ☺️ Being a farm-to-table bakeshop means more than using organic ingredients - it means knowing where they come from, who grows them, and sharing their stories with our community 🌤️ One of the highlights of this journey was visiting Day Spring Farms 🌾 Walking the land, seeing the grain, and meeting Murray and Paula, the passionate family behind the organic flour we’ll be baking with 💛 There’s something so grounding about standing where your ingredients begin, and knowing they’re grown with such love & care! @dayspringfarms We were just as inspired touring Xocolatl and learning what goes into crafting truly beautiful organic chocolate. From sourcing to process, every detail is thoughtful - and it shows in the final product 🍫✨ @xocolatlchocolate   This is exactly what we envisioned for Sol Flour. Connection, collaboration, and pure artistry. Working alongside local farmers and artisan makers who pour their hearts into what they do, and bring that love into every bake. And the icing on the cinnamon roll? One of the most joyful parts has been building this foundation with our team - getting to know them, dreaming together, and watching everything start to click into place. Each person, each partnership, each ingredient is such an important piece of the puzzle. And when they come together, something really special happens.
