Another addition of my favorite art show in New York City, The Outsider Art Fair! I’m a huge fan of Art Brut/Vernacular Art and this show never disappoints! Every time I get to see my favorites, like the iconic Bill Traylor, Martin Ramirez, and Henry Darger, and Mike Ousley (yes, I put Ousley along the greats because I love his work so much!! @mike_ousley_art ) and also get to be introduced to new incredible artists such as @wesleyanderegg (whom I also saw last year 😍), Sam Doyle, and Little Walt Dog @ruffed_grouse_gallery ! As a contemporary collector, I love building my collection by intentionally supporting living artists, but also aspiring to own some of the greats 💘
