💔 We’re Closing 💔 Thank you Echo Park for 6 memorable years as a brick and mortar. Let’s celebrate this transformation. It is not a departure, but rather an acknowledgment of these shifting times. We will close our doors May 11th, our 6 year anniversary and Stephen’s birthday. Thank you to everyone that came to the shop! You made these hard times worth it. Almost everything in the store is 50% off. Please come visit, support, share with friends and family! Transparency — What lead to this decision, respect this as a “no-advice” space: 💔 Increased rent due to “market value” 💔 Empty storefronts left and right 💔 Decreased foot traffic due to our cultural shift towards online everything 💔 Increased costs across the board 💔 We are not interested in taking out another loan to open a new store front during an economic and existential crisis in the US. Why we don’t ship our desserts — Dry ice is expensive Shipping costs have doubled ‼️It’s also not eco friendly‼️ Onward into the future —We will still make cheesecakes!!! 🎂🎉💻 You can place an order for an 8” or larger through our website.
