đŽCrystals are much more than aesthetics!
Theyâre structured, stable, frequency-based materials that interact with energy in measurable ways.
Specifically, crystals are used in:
⢠Time regulation
⢠Signal stabilization
⢠Microprocessors
⢠Sensors
⢠Communication systems
Quartz vibrates at precise frequencies and Silicon forms the backbone of computing. Quartz literally powers modern technology!
When we work with crystal bowls, weâre working with this tech. Understanding the science behind the bowls changes the depth of your practice (as a player and a receiver).
If youâre ready to deepen your relationship with sound and crystal, doors to my next training are open!
We begin March 22nd â¨đŤâ¨
Your next level isnât up - itâs in. Downward and into the body. Depth as growth.
The problem with the rat race is that even if you win youâre still a rat. Chasing external markers will always leave you feeling disconnected, disillusioned, and disappointed. The moment you reach that goal, itâs onto the next. New heights. The striving to become keeps you from being.
When you outsource your worth to traditional metrics of success, it betrays a limiting belief that has taken hold: the belief that you arenât enough. That you have to earn your being-ness.
Letâs reframe this story.
You are enough because you are here. True success is gratitude, presence, the little things. Itâs immeasurable. Its asking yourself: how much did I laugh today? Itâs coming up for air out of the game to remember that life is happening now in this very moment and celebrating that.
Iâm choosing to go in, not up. Iâm choosing to focus on whatâs here and now and not whatâs next. For me this is starting to look like smaller groups and offerings. Depth and intimacy. Rest and spaciousness. Less doing, more being.
If this speaks to you, maybe itâs time to redirect the arrow in rather than up. See where it takes you.
