About Lea:
Léa Hunsinger is a Los Angeles-based yoga and meditation instructor with a background in public health. Born in France raised in Angola, her work is shaped by a multicultural lens that honors both structure and intuition. She creates grounded, accessible spaces that blend mindfulness, breath, and emotional awareness, with a focus on nervous system regulation and community-centered healing. Léa’s approach is gentle yet intentional — inviting people to slow down, feel, and come back to themselves with love, compassion and patience.

Taking place during the month of May as a celebration of both AAPI Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month, this free, all-ages community festival will feature panel discussions, interactive art and movement workshops, live music, community resources, and more in the heart of Little Tokyo, Los Angeles.
