An offering for lovers. 200 chocolate truffles for a wedding in Puerto Rico last month π€ People kept asking if they were the kind you dig up from the ground - a good sign, since that's where the name comes from. Shaped to look just like those dark knobby luxurious savory ones.. funny how 200 looks more like 50 :)
cappelletti / tortellini ish en brodo a few months ago outside of @ebreo_vintage β€οΈ my favorite serving was when almost all the broth was gone, and the last of it started to reduce. The brodo turned into a glaze for the final few pieces of pasta (last slide) π finished with lots of parmigianaaa
One of the last events of the year, cooking food I love to eat (merguez pinwheels, beans, sardines & warm aioli, fennel salad, perfect citrus, bread cooked in lots of olive oil). Ran dinner service at the cafe I grew up in. Wore my great grandmas sparkly dress. Love to my friend Micheal for building the grill, girlfriends for working all night, my mom and dad !! π
