A women-only sauna ritual for deep reset, nervous system regulation & sisterhood.
On May 24th, we gather again at The Sacred Sauna in Stockholm.
This space was created from a simple need:
to slow down, to feel safe in the body, and to connect with other women in a real way.
Not surface-level.
Not performative.
Just presence, heat, breath, and honest connection.
Over 2 hours, you’ll be guided through a carefully held experience:
• 4 sauna rounds
• Cold exposure (optional & guided)
• Breathwork to regulate your nervous system
• Gentle somatic practices
• A women’s circle with simple connection exercises
• Light snacks & grounding tea
This is a space to release tension, reconnect with your body, and soften into yourself.
You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, and more grounded — with a sense of connection that stays beyond the sauna.

A Sacred Session is a ritual of heat, steam, and scent, where water infused with essential oils is poured over hot stones, creating waves of warmth. Often called ”Aufguss”
We’ve added our own modern twist with guided meditation and breathwork to take it a little deeper, and enhanced the experience with music and lightscapes.
Will it feel a bit “out there”? Maybe.
Will you also leave feeling calmer, clearer, and very warm? Very likely.
Sometimes, the most powerful thing you can do is simply pause, for real.

Two weeks in Costa Rica, and I’m still soaking it in. Between the women, the laughter, the deep conversations, the fruits, the rivers, the ocean, the sunsets… life felt full in the most simple and beautiful ways. Days of exploring, moving, sharing, being held in nature and in community — a reminder of how nourishing it is to live close to the earth, to each other, and to the present moment. Grateful for every piece of it… more to come 🌿✨

Road trip to Gothenburg with Sofia 🤩— youuuyuuu.
Also, being behind the wheel again, after many years, felt so freeing, so powerful.
We arrived in the afternoon, had our meeting, walked the city, ate the most incredible food (Fisk stew… very Gothenburg 😄, steak with potatis, big brownies and chocolate), laughed, rested in a cozy hotel, and woke up early for a 6:30 am training in Barry’s.
Simple things.
But they felt full.
There’s something about sharing experiences like this —
with friends, with people you love —
that reminds me that every day counts. Make the most memories now.
Not someday.
Now.
I’m so grateful for this one.
And I hope life brings more of these — again and again.
