Sofia Björkman’s, @sofia_platina , work draws on found crab shells collected along the shoreline. While these shells once served as camouflage, their fragility becomes evident once they are left behind. The piece reflects on jewellery as a form of protection, identity, and adaptation—yet also on its limits. In times of crisis, creativity becomes essential, transforming even seemingly impossible materials into new structures. Many thanks to Sofia Björkman for participating in SCHMUCKmünchen.
