Ok carry on: These past months have been a journey. I mourned so very many things, and let go of a fair amount too. Not in any small measure - the idea of where I’d be at age 30. I’m so honored to have @unsentlettermailbox ’ Ex Files, produced alongside @bonnieblue952 & @thesugaryman , receive a @nytimes writeup by @alisha___g I think the role of art is to take the most painful, icky parts of our human experience and make it ( if not entirely beautiful ) then bareable and shared. If we can laugh at ourselves in the process, then we’ve touched on something sublime. 2025 highlights 🦄 We’re still hauling a giant mailbox across NYC Our Mailbox made it to three new cities this year! Austin, Houston and Tennessee. We surpassed 3,000 unsent letters submitted from over 70 countries the world over We made it on the @kellyclarksonshow and were featured by @poetswritersinc @thesugaryman launched the dine and dissert dinner series in NYC! We collaborated with some amazing organizations @feministcamp @hopesdoorny @_lessthanhalf @foragertheatrecompany and @clearstoryarts AND Made a collab series with @arspoetica.us Huge thank you to all the people that have come together to make this year as exciting as it has been @thesugaryman @startswithdk @bonnieblue952 @sohanmewada @annagracejade @tahneefarfan @sofia.kavlin Stay tuned, because we’re only getting started.
