Insight 1 About last night’s moon After more that 10 nights without seeing her Covered by blanket of clouds She came out with her halo or ring Announcing the crystals of ice in the air Some traditions believe that a lunar halo is a sign of good luck, balance, harmony or a message from the spirits But what do you feel and see in it when you witness this beauty in clarity that for a moment dissolves everything because you can only be in awe and breathe into that moment? May we learn to read nature and interpret accurately There is intuition for oneself & intuition for the collectiv that can become guidance but there we need to be careful Who’s intuition do you listen to? Your own or the one of others? Empower yourself and start refining your intuition sense What came to me yesterday is that with the amount of information that enter through our eyes through digital devices such a gigantic eye in the sky can act as a reset for our pineal gland. Berlin Friday 13.3.26 18.30-20.30 @har_loft Blue lotus in bound lotus, Micro-planting serie Bound Lotus (Baddha Padmasana) is found in different yoga practices. This restorative posture engages the whole body, forming the symbol of infinity with legs in full lotus, arms crossed behind the back, hands holding the toes, and forehead on the ground. I know sounds intense but to enter Bound Lotus safely, we will take our time with a super gentle yin yoga practice to open the body slowly. Blue lotus tea, know for bringing serenity ( and much more you will discover) will support us to soften. For me this asana was my bridge posture from Kundalini to Yin Yoga. Wow what the ones who came before us invented!!! Reliable ways up the highest mountains to then slide down just for fun! If we could put that human genius to other areas in our human experience on earth, in all parts of the world🙏 What a joy but also what a privilege to experience that or not honestly…! Had the chance to be born in 80s in France where also low budget families could go easily Went luckily each winter for 18 years Moved to Berlin, single mama, selbstandig, priorities else where and also mountains feeling very far & very unreachable and even if dreaming night so often of snowbording suddenly it was already 18 years without going!!! But suddenly driving 800km felt like nothing ( fire horse year yeahhh love it!) Merciiiii to my angel auto, my amazing teen to learn with me and be such a great adventure compagnionne, thanks to friends, thanks mountains, sun, beauty. I have a finnish grandfather but never went to Finnland ( yet!) and it’s been one of my dreams to connect to this land, but also to the northern lights and also to the aurora borealis since years. But sometimes the universe is really funny and manifests things in a different way that you could not even imagine! Yesterday night I could witness aurora borealis from my kitchen! and then from my garden ❤️ incredibly beautiful and touching thank you sun storms for this very beautiful early birthday present in my sun return just pure beauty in the sky incredible colors magic Wow !!!
