Whether it’s a hammy or quad day, here’s a few of my staples for a lower body strength day:
1. Any squat variation. It could be a back squat, hack squat, goblet squat, or sumo squat
2. A hinge of choice. RDLs, Good mornings, or Hip thrust
3. A single leg movement. Have fun with these you can choose whether to isolate the glutes, hamstrings, or quads
4. Accessory work- preferably some abduction or adduction movement.
