'The Voice of Hind Rajab' at Swindon Art Centre

We've partnered with Swindon Arts Centre (@wyverntheatre ) to screen 'The Voice of Hind Rajab', the 8x winner at last year's Venice Film Festival and Oscar nominee for 'Best International Film'.
This groundbreaking documentary follows the race against time as volunteers at the Palestine Red Crescent Society try to save a 6-year-old girl who is trapped in a car in Gaza.
There will be an introduction before the film by a Swindon based British Red Cross employee, followed by an opportunity to ask questions and share your thoughts after the screening. Donations for The Red Cross Gaza appeal can be made on the night.

This week we're diving into the Cornish seas, with Mark Jenkin's newest film 'Rose of Nevada' which stars George Mckay and Callum Turner as two sailors return from a voyage on the lost Rose of Nevada and return to a town they no longer recognise. Our second film of the week is the colossal animated feature, 'Akira', considered one of the most influential film's of its genre and decade.
