Dear diary, the virtual one… the one every stranger can read :D This summer hit me like the sea in Marseille: it picked me up and threw me onto the rocks… several times :/ It was basically awful! (but also liberating) I cried more than I ever thought I could, more than I thought was even physically possible :D I found myself somewhere I didn’t want to be anymore. So I started thinking, learning, changing things, and opening uncomfortable conversations :D (OHHHH!!) After a while, I realised that these new things happening to me were surprisingly soft and strangely enjoyable. Now I can see that so many of the changes were truly necessary. I changed too… maybe that was the whole point. :/ Basically, slowing down can be nice… Throwing rocks into the sea is nice. Drinking morning coffee with people in the Czech forest is nice. Listening to a concert of old ladies is sooooo nice. Looking into the eyes of someone you love is really, really nice. :) (That’s why I ended up in Nice :D) So… fuck this summer :D and thanks to it! Handwritten Unique Strokes - HUS During Kuumšt at STU, we hosted a typography workshop exploring the basics of calligraphy. Participants learned to write the alphabet using angled brushes and expressive strokes, then applied their skills by lettering the name of their favorite vegetable.
