A fully integrated end-to-end production featuring a 6 LED wall plenary and 3 parallel breakout rooms, executed with rapid turnarounds and zero downtime. Powered by a robust Dante network, the setup integrated a full L-Acoustics audio system delivering consistent, low-latency sound across all spaces designed by @nasan.fernandes On the video side, 3 x Barco E2 systems managed complex, multi-layered workflows including playback, presenter content, remote speakers, and vertical streaming. A 6-camera broadcast rig with 3 independent switchers enabled simultaneous IMAG and on-air feeds, alongside multiple concurrent streams to several destinations. Designed, equipped and executed by @per_ci_val A fully networked Edit Suite allowed instant access to recordings for rapid edits while sessions continued, complemented by an embedded Creator Studio for live vlogs and high-tech podcast production. We also delivered complete staging and scenic elements aligned to the client’s creative vision, ensuring a pristine experience across plenary and breakout environments. High pressure.
