The most radical thing we found? Pyruvate does not care what species you are. That subatomic flame is identical in all of us.

Yesterday we went to join Calçots at the main fiesta of the season in the main town of Onions 🧅 Valls. That was fun!
What is this all@about , for someone who is shocked by the name of the onion party.
Catalonia’s greatest (and messiest) food traditions.
Calçots are a type of sweet green onion, somewhere between a spring onion and a leek. They’re mild, tender, and slightly smoky when cooked the traditional way.
🌱 What makes them special?
They’re not just a vegetable — they’re an event!!!
As you can see so many people coming from all region!
Next year we will book the tickets in advance and bring our own meat 🥩 it’s makes the connections with locals even stronger- doing BbQ all together, getting smoky and sharing todo

Oysters 🦪 are everything—and they’re everywhere!
Just 2.5 hours’ drive from Barcelona, and you’re in this French paradise.
Well, well… you can eat as many as you want. Just to give you an idea: 8 big oysters cost €9–€12.
So think twice before you go—it’s very hard to control yourself 😅
