14.03.26 21:00 Between fragile electronics and haunted soundscapes, these artists explore music as a shifting landscape. Voices, synthesizers, piano fragments and samples form structures that slowly emerge and dissolve. Moving between dreamlike intimacy and subtle tension, their work inhabits a space where experimentation and atmosphere blur. Smittness @smittness smittness is the solo project of Juliane Schmitt, a multidisciplinary artist working with sound, performance and live electronics. Her music forms fragile structures that slowly open up and dissolve, echoing the feeling of a half-remembered dream. Using minimal synthesizers, programmed rhythms, voice, loops, and an electronically transformed portative organ, smittness moves between subtle euphoria and soft tension / Che Vuoi @gladyysgladyssgladyys French artist based in Brussels, Che Vuoi performs songs as if unfolding a play in the backroom of a run-down piano bar, where surreal and intimate scenes unfold: noises, samples, a drum machine, a brush on a snare drum, a piano spinning round and round until it reaches delirium and its own dissolution — leaving us suspended in a constant in-between, in a time that may never have truly existed. /album/cinecitt-x Tzii @tzii_23 Tzii is a music composer and filmmaker. His main aim is to bring the auditors to dirty paradises and to do so he explores infinite different worlds and expressions, from music to performance or collective creations. From club to movie scoring to ambient pieces and commissions, one thing always remains in his works : they’re impossible to fit in any box. / Isa Schwarzenberg @isacharlo part of the Bureau B label —known for her keen sense and love for musical details. Her sets skillfully combine experimental sounds and surprise with unexpected twists and always carefully curated tracks. BEEK Marschnerstraße 21 22081 Hamburg Supported by @musikfonds.de

𝓅𝒾𝓁𝓁𝑜𝓌 𝓉𝒶𝓁𝓀 (sound / reading performance) approached softness through the lens of bedtime stories, body memory, and the in-between space where sound sinks into fabric and listening becomes something that can be felt. The work was developed for the exhibition soft intentions (18.07.–01.08.2025, Kunsthafen Köln) on the occasion of @andshewaslikebam 's 10th anniversary. It explored softness in all its facets: soft and textile materials, but also embodiment, emotionality, vulnerability, emotional labor, and care. Set inside Sophia Schach’s (@sophiaschach ) evolving textile installation 'Wir in der Höhle', my sound sources and instruments were wrapped in soft pillow casings and connected through fabric and wool-covered cables made by @leia_mowa . With deep thanks to Amelie Gappa (@amelielouisegappa ) for curating and organizing with immense care, dedication, and strength. technical support @lisaclementine video documentation @lunita_7825

It’s getting windy. Friday at 12pm I'll play a set at @kiosk.radio with music circling around breathing organs – in both the literal and the nonliteral sense. If in Brussels come and say hi 🦭

In February I presented my work *hesitant resonant calcant* at @kunstvereinwilhelmshoehe as part of the duo exhibition Tower Whispers (with @nicolas_fehr ) A portative organ, limited to a small tonal range, became the centre of installation which combined working with breath and resonance and research on medieval nunneries. The mechanical breath was made possible with technical support by Leonie Ohlow (@piccohlow ) Many thanks to Kunstverein Wilhelmshöhe Ettlingen, especially @alex_besta for the invitation as well as everyone who helped in advance and/ or came by to see the exhibition. 1+3 c) RMJ 2 Camera: Nicolas Fehr 4 Performance picture: @olgahohoh 5 preparations in the studio 6 Leonie in the workshop 🪄 7 detail Portative Organ built by: Ralph Krauter #soundinstallation #performance #organ #portativeorgan #médiéval

soft intentions Finissage mit Juliane Schmitt (@smittness ) ☆ Freitag, 01.08., Finissage, 19 Uhr, Sound-Text-Performance: Juliane Schmitt, „pillow-talk”, 2025 🐚[Hast du schon mal genau hingehört, was dein Kissen dir erzählen will?]
