Still on cloud 9 from last night’s Grand Opening party!! My goodness you all really showed up! From the line before we opened, so many new faces, old friends, folks laughing and making new friends. There wasn’t even one second of downtime!! I had no expectations and you all blew me out of the water! Third spaces are so important for our community and you all helped this one feel so incredibly warm. THANK YOU!!!! Thank to you all the vendors who added a special touch to this grand opening! Hello! I am thrilled to finally present Slowdown Studio!! A space made for connection, creativity and expression. While Slowdown will mostly operate as a hand building pottery studio. We also will host a variety of non pottery workshops for guest artists to share their craft. Follow @slowdown__studio for updates as we build and open. Tell your neighbors and friends! Irene will guide us through a watercolor lesson where we will learn the basics of watercoloring desserts. For our subject everyone will have their own Thai tea cheesecake slices! We will paint and eat cake a truly wonderful Friday night!
