Up next for us; we are thrilled to announce that we are part of the 21st annual @saturdaysinsaxapahaw concert series lineup! We’ll be playing 6:00-8:00 on Saturday 5/30 in downtown Saxapahaw. The show will be free, outdoors, and all ages. Bring a blanket and vibe out with us. Deepest thanks to @hawriverballroom for including us in this beloved summer tradition.

Beyond stoked to come back to your fine city in two months for @treefortfest 2026 - the final lineup just dropped and what a surreal joy it is to see our name alongside so many artists we admire as fans, peers, friends, and strangers alike. Truly an unthinkable situation this time last year.

Perhaps no year has been as significant for us as 2025 has:
- we released our first album “I” in March on vinyl, and have since sold over half of our stock! Thanks to @tigerbombpromo@citybirdpr and @blanktapes.co for sharing our art with others.
- also in March; we opened for Explosions In The Sky at The Ritz to over 1,000 people - and we’ve since gotten to know quite a few of you :)
- we had our album release party at the Cat’s Cradle in April and since played lots of great shows in the Triangle
- this past summer we toured to the West Coast and back, making some great friends, memories, and connections along the way, including our first shows outside of the US
- we played on both the pacific and Atlantic oceans!
- we got to to do our thing at some real bucket list venues- including the Haw River Ballroom in our home base of Saxapahaw!
- we learned and performed Pink Floyd’s “Wish You Were Here”
- We got a slot at @treefortfest 2026 - see you in March, Boise!
Another big March show will be announced soon. But if you live in the Triangle, keep March 7th open.

Introducing: Slow Teeth
Slow Teeth formed and started writing songs in Saxapahaw, North Carolina in summer 2021, initially as an opportunity for Robert Chamberlain (drums, synthesizers), Justin Ellis (bass, vocals, keyboards), and Jeremy Haire (guitar, vocals) to start playing music with others following the pandemic lockdown while previous respective projects were on indefinite hiatus. As the band's chemistry and highly collaborative identity coalesced, they began playing live in March 2022, tweaking and adapting their improvised post-rock compositions into finished songs and performing them all over the East Coast. Their debut record came in 2025.
