Thank you @dunderjorden and @skylten for allowing me to display some of my accumulated filth last weekend at the third annual Dunderfest. I wouldn't have been able to make it work without my curator @gubbakvarten , who truly saved the day when I showed up with a lot of scattered material, a hammer and some adhesive tape. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to have a look, it was humbling to talk to quite a few strangers about my world of torn paper and glue sticks. Although a bunch of my closest ones weren't present - it truly felt like my tribe was gathered. #gunn

För Staffan Snitting, hjärnan bakom Slither Collages, är det, enligt honom själv, en stor ära att ställa ut på just Skylten – en plats som genom åren varit plats för otaliga gig, rep och häng, och som har en superviktig plats i svensk hardcorehistoria.
Utställningen under Dunderfest bjuder på en blandning av skivomslag och merch, hardcore och gore. Dessutom visas en specifik serie collage som bygger på Earth Crisis-plattan ”Slither”

For Staffan Snitting, the mind behind Slither Collages, it is—according to himself—a great honor to exhibit at Skylten in particular. Over the years, this venue has hosted countless gigs, rehearsals, and hangouts, and it holds a hugely important place in Swedish hardcore history.
The exhibition during Dunderfest presents a mix of record covers and merch, hardcore and gore. In addition, a specific series of collages based on the Earth Crisis album Slither will be shown.

The Corrective Measure 12" is finally out! One of my favorite projects from recent years, both in terms of outcome and the process in itself. Braden is a pure pleasure to work with, and I feel proud to have been picked for the labor.

I have held Corrective Measure as one of the best hardcore bands around ever since their 7", and they do not disappoint when they now return almost 10 years later. Most probably my favorite USHC release of the last couple of years. This band just has it all for me, the whole hardcore punk package. Also super happy to work with Robert Refuse again, always a treat. Now get this band to Europe!
It is no secret that this band is close to my heart, and so being asked to work with @foreseenhki leading up to their 15 year anniversary is a great honor and privilege. In Sweden, we first came to know them and their crew as hard and reliable moshers, which is a foundation for a long lasting friendship as good as any. When we didn't feel certain that the Swedes would mosh, we could rely on our eastern fraternity. Since then, Foreseen has become a powerhouse in international hardcore, and rightfully so.

The second installment of the "Greetings From Sweden" compilation on @quarantinedhardcore . Like last time, I took care of the back cover. I decided to keep it very similar to the first one but still add a little new flavor. Lots of new and old Swedish hardcore references, and also a tribute to a few of our fallen. Amazing front cover by @extrempank . RIP Palla, Steffe, Jeppe och Benis! Svensk hardcore glömmer er inte.
For the fourth time, I've had the absolute honor and pleasure to work with @septagedeath , this time for their debut LP. The release is due in a couple of weeks, and today Decibel started streaming a track. I had a lot of fun working on this one, and loved that the band had such a clear idea of what they wanted the front cover to look like. The LP comes with a double size poster, and I reveal one side here. This poster is possibly the best thing I have been able to push out of myself so far. I am really proud over it. I guess an instagram post on a phone doesn't really do it justice, but that's life. Get the damn record, if you want all the gruesome details. I will return with a more extensive post once the record is out and I have photos of it. In the meantime head to @mesacounojo and @darkdescentrecords for pre-orders in Europe and the US respectively. Shirt for @terrorhardcore . I did this for fun at first, celebrating one of the best hardcore tracks of 2022, but @iamfinally asked to use it for a shirt.
Corrective Measure's self-titled 7" from 2016 is a massive favorite of mine. I keep going back to it, and consider it one of the best hardcore EPs of the last 10 years. I was extremely proud when Braden (vocals) asked me to help out with their new cassette on @designated.moshers , the first sign of life from the band since the 7". The front cover is drawn by @j.zanghi , while I did the separate two sided insert, as well as helped with the general layout of the j-card. The fact that Braden sings faster than more or less any other hardcore vocalist I can think of, and is thereby able to squeeze in long-ass lyrics in one minute songs, meant the lyrics had to be the center piece of everything, but I tried to reach for an early Rev meets cut and paste punk fanzine vibe. Check this out if you're into blazing fast hardcore punk with roots in both youth crew and "Victim In Pain". I don't know how else to explain it. Image 1: Borrowed from Designated Mosher's Unit. Cassette j-card collage/design for @dogfight.hc / @negativeaggression . The Swedish hardcore scene has blossomed after the pandemic. The slumbering existence of the scene in Gothenburg is no more. I wanted to play a tiny part in it and asked Dogfight, who are at the forefront of the new generation, if they needed any help. Here is the result. Hardcore rules!
